The Crisis of The Neko Sanctuary

Last Wednesday, suddenly appeared four billboards in the Neko Sanctuary.
They said all the same thing, “Don’ food the cats here for a reason of miserable. If you feed them, there will be born more and more cats,” and signed by the ward office.

Neko obasans were very surprised and got angry.
How do they breed?
They are all neutered cats!!

So, one of Neko obasan is going to see the ward officer to talk about the cats.
